What's Included in Our Preventative
 Maintenance Service:

Most maintenance visits take about an hour per vehicle. If extra. work is needed, our technician will provide an on-site estimate require shop repairs, we'll handle transport and return your cart in top shape. We complete 99% of maintenance on-site to keep your downtime minimal

Electrical System Inspection

We inspect and test wiring, connections, and key electrical components to ensure safe, reliable operation.

Brake System Check & Adjustment

We evaluate brake shoes, drums, cables, and fluid levels-making adjustments to keep your braking smooth and safe.

Tire Inspection & Inflation

Tires are checked for wear, damage, and proper pressure, then inflated to the correct level for optimal performance

Battery Maintenance

Includes checking fluid levels, topping off as needed, cleaning terminals and cables, and applying corrosion protection.

Steering & Alignment Check

 We tighten front-end components and steering joints and check alignment to maintain handling and control.

Charger or Starter-Generator Test

Your charger or starter-generator is tested for proper operation to ensure consistent. starting and charging.

Motor Brush Inspection

We examine motor or starter-generator brushes for wear, replacing or
 recommending

Speed Controller Lubrication

Contact points within the speed controller are inspected and lubricated to
 maintain.

Lighting & Safety Systems Test

We test all lights, horn, fuses, and warning systems to ensure your cart meets visibility and safety standards.

Engine & Filter Inspection

Includes checking engine oil, spark plugs, belts, fuel, and air filters-with replacements available if necessary.

We recommend preventative maintenance at least once per year for gas and electric golf carts, or every 6 months for high-use carts to ensure performance and longevity.

Do you service both gas and electric golf carts?

Yes! We’re fully equipped to service both gas-powered and electric golf carts, including Club Car, Advanced EV, and most major brands.

What’s included in a standard maintenance visit?

A standard visit includes electrical checks, battery service, brake inspection, tire inflation, steering adjustments, and more. We also test lights, chargers, and perform engine inspections as needed.

How long does a maintenance appointment take?

Most services take about one hour per cart. If additional work is needed, our technician can often complete it on-site with your approval.

What if my golf cart needs parts or repairs?

If your cart requires parts or more extensive repair, we’ll provide an on-site estimate. If we can’t fix it during the visit, we’ll transport it to our shop and return it to you once the work is complete.
